Standing in the cold!
It was slightly snowing and the mood was very pleasant! Deliberately over exposed the frame to create this mood.

Nikon D80, Nikkor 200mm f4 MF lens, manually exposed.

An interesting image Ashwin! As presented to me it appears like a faint dream :) If this were mine I would adjust the contrast of the tree a bit and also sharpen it to get some more visual grounding.

Visiting this image again Ashwin ! It looks slightly different now compared to how it appeared on my un-calibrated laptop display - looks more pleasing now on my calibrated CRT display. Abstract quality of the image appear more pronounced. Over exposing does seem to give this image more abstract appeal.

A very dreamy image Ashwin. The overexposure has really worked tricks here. Great execution and composition.

One of the images that will go as an unforgettable one! Loved the composition and the mood. It's a great attempt at bringing out the beauty of a leaf-less tree which has so much potential to turn into a piece of art. Very nicely done!
