Beautifully framed (by lines) twig of pearls there Ashwin ! A bit more of contrast on those pearls ? Not sure whether that would kill winter mood..

This is beautifully done.. Would a vertical composition accentuate the pearls?

Yes Ganesh. I did try with tad more contrast on that twig but as you have rightly mentioned it took away the winter mood. Hence decided not to go with that.
Abhijit, I tried with vertical too but this version appeals more to me than the vertical.
